๐ PRODUCT INTRODUCTION
Cap IKZ 200 is an oral antifungal medication containing Itraconazole, a broad-spectrum triazole antifungal agent. It is used for the treatment of systemic and superficial fungal infections caused by dermatophytes, yeasts (such as Candida), and molds (such as Aspergillus). It works by inhibiting the synthesis of ergosterol, a vital component of the fungal cell membrane, thereby weakening and killing the fungus.
Itraconazole is particularly effective in treating infections that are resistant to topical antifungals or require deeper tissue penetration.
๐ฉบ USES OF IKZ 200 CAPSULE
- Dermatophytosis (tinea corporis, tinea cruris, tinea pedis)
- Onychomycosis (fungal nail infection)
- Vulvovaginal candidiasis
- Systemic candidiasis

- Histoplasmosis and blastomycosis (in immunocompromised patients)
๐ BENEFITS OF IKZ 200

โ๏ธ HOW IKZ 200 WORKS
Itraconazole inhibits fungal cytochrome P450 enzyme 14ฮฑ-demethylase, which is required to convert lanosterol to ergosterol โ a key component of the fungal cell membrane. Without ergosterol, the fungal membrane becomes permeable and dysfunctional, leading to fungal cell death.
